Animal Care and Control public Hearing Oct 1st

On October 1, the Lake County Board of Health will hold a public hearing at 2 p.m. at the Lake County Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville, to receive public comments on revisions to Board of Health Article X (Animal Care and Control Program), Article XIII (Fee Schedule), and Article XVII (Animal Care and Control Fees) and a proposed Swimming Facilities Ordinance.

 

The proposed ordinance and revisions are also available at the Animal Care and Control Office, 29278 N. Route 83, Mundelein, or at the Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Rd., Libertyville.

 

All written comments received by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 28, will be read into the public hearing record.
